Navjivini Society for Mental Health (Regd.) was founded in 1981 to create services for Rehabilitation of Mentally Retarded Children. Till date, there was no such institute existed for the Education, Development and Rehabilitation services of the Special Children in the Northern India.
A team of dedicated people came across to take an initiative for this noble cause and with extreme efforts, The Navjivini School of special Education, had a humble beginning in 1982, when it started functioning in a rented accommodation.
Presently, it has an elaborated infrastructure painstakingly built over the years by renowned and dedicated people with serious social concerns.
