President’s Message

Founded in 1981, the Navjivini Society was established to provide rehabilitation services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disableds. At the time, no similar institution existed in Northern India dedicated to the education, development, and rehabilitation of special needs children.

Driven by a shared commitment to this noble cause, a dedicated team took the initiative, leading to the humble launch of The Navjivini School of Special Education in 1982 out of a rented facility.

Over the years, through the tireless efforts of compassionate leaders and social advocates, the school has grown into a well-established institution featuring an extensive, purpose-built infrastructure.
