Labour and materials are covered under our painting warranty
for two years after completion of the work.
If a defect occurs during the two-year window, we will supply the labour and materials at no charge to ensure the defect is corrected. Please understand there are circumstances and limitations that apply to this warranty.
There are some limitations to this warranty.
Topnotch is not responsible for:
- Consequential or incidental damages after the completion of the project.
- Failure due to work completed prior to painting starting the project.
- Shifting or settling causing cracks in caulking or joints on trim pieces.
- Dirty areas causing discoloration.
- Water damages caused by moisture, flooding, leaks, or spills.
Please note, Topnotch is not responsible for damages caused by unforeseen weather conditions or deficiencies due to the extreme environmental climate.
